Tobacco Cessation

Tobacco cessation classes are ongoing. Class topics will help arm you with the tools you need to quit and stay quit. Free pharmaceutical agents will be provided. The class is available to active duty, family members, retirees, and MCCS employees.

Classes are offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Cholesterol Screening

Cholesterol Screening is free and can be done in the Health Promotion Centers anytime. Get your results within 5 minutes.

Cholesterol Testing will be done at the following sites from 1000-1300.

Train The Trainer
