Train The Trainer

Train the trainer is a four day class designed to give S-3 offices the information they need to promote health within their units. Attendees of this class will receive a binder of presentations, a CD of presentations, and information on all of the Semper Fit 9 Elements. ( more info pdf 135k )

2010 Train the Trainer Dates: Aug. 10-13 and Dec. 7-10

300 PFT/CFT Training Class

This one day training course is designed for the PFT/CFT coordinators and remedial program coordinators to help prepare units for the CFT and PFT. Attendees will learn training principles and exercises to help run unit PTs and remedial programs that will improve troop’s scores on the PFT and the CFT.

Simulated-Impaired Driving Experience Sidne is a go-cart that simulates impaired driving.

Tobacco Cessation

Tobacco cessation classes are ongoing. Class topics will help arm you with the tools you need to quit and stay quit. Free pharmaceutical agents will be provided. The class is available to active duty, family members, retirees, and MCCS employees.

Classes are offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
