Combat Fitness Training

Facility Information
Paige Fieldhouse - Our new Functional Training Room is here!  The multi-purpose room will host a variety of state of art equipment to accommodate MCO 6100.13 and the MARADMIN 0503/09 change from MCO P1700.29.  Click here for the layout or here for what we will offer.

53 Area Fitness Center - Our current 53 Area Fitness Center has moved to its temporary location at the 53 Area Gym location, bldg 53528, Phone: 760-725-7075.  A new center is in the works and is scheduled to break ground soon!  Look for our new center to open in the next couple of years with state-of-the-art equipment and a functional training room.  Also, check out "The Yard" in 53 Area.  It is a new outdoor functional training area.

2010 Bench Press Challenge Pendleton Series

Sports Jams

Sports Jam Series continues on Fri, 27 August at the Paige Fieldhouse for The 101 Days of Summer Sports Jam, part of our 101 Days of Summer Safety Challenge. 6th Annual Armed Services Pankration Championship

MCCS Semper Fit hosted our 6th Annual Armed Services Pankration Championship on Armed Forces Day, Sat, 15 May 2010.  Sponsored by Scion and Military One Source, the championship was conducted by SoCal Pankration. This is the ultimate MMA event to test the skills of our Military and we are honored to offer this event annually!  Look for registration for the 2011 event next year at www.fightleague.org or for more information call 760-763-0657 or click here.
Two Skill Levels - Novice (one year or less Martial Arts training) and Open (over one year Martial Arts training).  Weight categories available in the following:  - 135 lbs; -145 lbs; -155 lbs; -165 lbs; - 175 lbs; -185 lbs - 200 lbs;- 215 lbs & heavyweight. 1st and 2nd Place awarded to Open Division Teams, plus trophy for Top Camp Pendleton Team.  This a Marine Corps Community Services-Semper Fit FREE event open to Military only. All Services welcome. Orders can be provided for Marines. See you next year!
