Parent to Parent
A military family peer one to one support tool. If you or another family member has a special need and you would like to connect to others with a similar condition, contact your local caseworker and ask for a Special Connection.

Hope Infant Program

Project Pendleton 360

A new opportunity is available for military families raising a child with a developmental disability, including Asperger's.  Project Pendleton seeks to empower and strengthen each family's ability to assist their child with a developmental disability.  This process includes:

  • Futures Planning
  • PATH (Planning alternative Tomorrows with Hope)
  • Collaborative community resource mapping
  • User-friendly access to information and services in a one-stop model
  • Specifically targeting needs not currently being met

This is especially an excellent opportunity for families that have a newly diagnosed child or are having challenges with finding appropriate resources for their child.  If you are interested in participating, or would like more information, please email Susan Carlton-Bahm

Children’s Care Connection (C3) Ages 0-5

C3 is a free program offered by Children’s Hospital & Health Center to identify and treat developmental and behavioral concerns in children.
